We speak of 'leaves' when it comes to tables, but I like this 'petals' thing!
Flexibity ... I love a table that can take on different sizes and shapes. Say, seat just one person, for everyday use in a solo household, but expand to fit 8 for a dinner party. Massive one-piece tables can be cool but they can also be a real curse!
Likewise, we should be able to move and REmove interior walls in homes...
That's my lil piece of wisdom for today.... ya heard it here first... :o)
