A New Beginning

Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future,
concentrate the mind on the present moment.
The secret of health for both mind and body is to
live the present moment wisely and earnestly...

Tears of Serenity by Novica Thai artist Parinya Nanjai... "It represents Buddha's mercy and kindness"

As we hail the dawn of a new year, it is a time for many to look back to the past, and more importantly, forward to the year ahead. It is a time to reflect on the changes we want (or need) to make and resolve to follow through on those changes. Interestingly, one of the most popular resolutions is to "Enjoy Life More" - to live a happy and healthy life. Simple, but profound.
To try and find meaning in your life, and embrace it.

In the words of Buddha...

Your work is to discover your world and then with all your heart give yourself to it.

You, yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection...

Hallelujah to that!
