The Very Pink of Perfection

Softness, affection, innocence, and love...
Hues of carnation, fuchsia, cherry blossom, magenta, lavender rose, puce, amaranth, cerise.
Oh the beauty and bliss of being tickled pink...

Loving this post! I had just decided in the last couple of weeks to change my living room/dining room decor to have more pink and this post has put me over the edge. The living room with the black/white floors and pink walls is soo beautiful! I have the b&w flooring - in the hall leading to the lr/ and the frenchy feeling furniture. I'm so going to paint the walls a soft pink. So beautiful! Thanks!

Its hard to pick a favorite! The first one really got me though, I created a color palette based on it and posted it on my blog. Great post..

YUMMMMM! What a tasty post, I love it! I just did my guest room in pink - I did the WAY wrong mental hospital pink first, then fixed it to a better almost pepto pink. Everyone thinks I'm nuts but I love it!

Ah, but you missed the most FAMOUS pink kitchen of all!

I won a first in the NKBA Design Competition in 1991 with this.
When my co-designer suggested we go with the pink available on that doorstyle, I just about hit the roof! We pulled it off though.
I still get magazines requesting to use it. It's timeless and fabulous.
There's also a ghostly story about it on my blog at:

Pink RULES!
